Abstract:
Safflower is a Mediterranean-subtropical oil crop and has certain production potential in regions with Mediterranean climates. To assess the suitability of safflower cultivation under Palestinian climate, 56 safflower landraces were collected from different Palestinian geographical regions, and then grown in the field in two successive years (2014 and 2015) in the West Bank (Jenin). Growth parameters were monitored along the growing period of safflower; plant height (cm) at 50% flowering, days to 50% flowering. After harvesting three samples of each landrace were collected. Plant parts (stem, leaves, capitula, achenes) were separated, then the following parameters were monitored; total dry weight (g), stem weight (g), leaves weight (g), and capitula weight (g). Plant yield components parameters and yield parameters were monitored after harvesting; number of branches, number of capitula, number of achenes, number of achenes in main capitula, achenes weight, thous and achenes mass (TAM), number of capitula per plant, number of achenes per capitulum, oil percentage, oil yield, and seed yield. The oil was extracted from achenes using the solvent method. On the other hand, morphological characterization was monitored along the growing period of safflower; the color of petals, blade length (cm), blade width (cm), number of thistle in main capitula, main head width (cm) and main head length (cm). The nutrient status (N, P, K) of different landraces were tested including all part of plants (stems, leaves, achenes, capitula). The correlations between oil yield and previous parameters can be used as a base for selecting high oil yield landraces.

Abstract:
The article presents clinical data substantiating the high therapeutic and restorative effect of officinal RNA preparations in patients with extensive neuropsychic pathology. It included schizophrenia, cerebral atherosclerosis, perinatal encephalopathy, cerebral palsy, mental retardation, spinal amyotrophy, and chronic alcoholism. The latter pathology is widespread among a large contingent of people, is characterized by low therapeutic effectiveness of the medical devices used, reduces the quality of life, the effectiveness of professional and labor activities. It should be especially taken into account that the use of nucleic acid preparations did not have any side effects on the human body and therefore they can be considered physiologically justified. Moreover, they are useful and highly effective for other health conditions.
Key words: neuropsychic pathology, officinal RNA drugs, biodynamic effects of low molecular weight RNA

Abstract:
The paper has conducted an overview of research works both in Vietnam and around the world on topics related to diversifying human resources in different fields. From there, we analyze the role of human resource diversification on the performance of organizations, especially educational institutions. Dien Bien Province Vietnam is a mountainous province with many different ethnic groups, therefore, in each agency, the workforce is organized with a variety of ethnic groups and personality characteristics. From there, we propose research models and expected research hypotheses in the future.

4) Social Capital and the Effects of Social Capital on Employment of Students in Vietnam
Author’s Details:(1)Thi Thuan Vu Tran-Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics-(2)Thi Thu Hien Phan  (3)Thi Thu Hoai Pham-(2) (3)University of Economics – Technology for Industries, Vietnam -Correspondence: Thi Thu Hoai Pham, 456 Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi

Abstract:
Social capital is conceived of as a type of capital, as are natural resources (natural capital), production equipment (production capital) or skill level (human capital). Social capital is one of the types of capital used to promote and develop the economy. Currently, the concept of “Social Capital” is still quite new to many people for many reasons. Particularly the meaning of the word “Social capital” has included many topics: “capital” belongs to the economic field, “social” belongs to cultural value. The concept of “Social Capital” is still very vague, difficult to grasp, so it is difficult to accurately quantify this type of capital. However, this is a topic that many scientists around the world are interested in and mentioned in their research works because of its importance and applicability.

5) The Impact of Natural Simulation on Sustainable Product Design Development: Literature Review
Author’s Details: (1)Anh Tuan Nguyen-University of Industrial Fine Art (2)Thi Thu Hien Phan (3)Thi Thu Hoai Pham-(2) (3)University of Economics – Technology for Industries, Vietnam-Correspondence: Thi Thu Hoai Pham, 456 Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi

Abstract:
The vast, rich and diverse nature of the flora and fauna is the foundation, and the endless inspiration for the development of creative thinking and sustainable innovation in all scientific fields such as Architecture, Biology, Electronic Technology, Product Design, Sculpture, Music … That creative foundation today becomes a key scientific field and is called Biomimetic Design (Biomimetic Design). In the field of applied art design, biomimicry is the first basis of thinking and designing ideas to shape product forms to serve the needs and scientific development of society. As for Painting, it is also the source of emotion to build and create beauty in fine-art works. Because it is the object of nature, the physical structure, rhythm, and color directly affect creative thinking in visual arts, especially in the field of designing applied art. This has long been confirmed by the Greek theory of aesthetics when explaining the nature of art. At that time, they considered the most prominent in biomimicry in the field of product design applied art.

Abstract:
Wastewater and other low-quality waters are significant in overall water resources management. The aim of this study was to assess the physiochemical properties of textile wastewater before and after treatment, analysis of ground-well and tap water were also carried out in order to make comparison between them and treated textile wastewater. The results of the study showed physical and chemical properties of the different types of tested water which analyzed that: pH, Turbidity, Moisture content, Ash content, Odor and colour. The tests for major and minor element were also carried out on the different types of water (Ca, Mg, Na, K, P, Cr, Cu, Fe, Zn, Pb, NI, Mn and Cd). The obtained results encouraged with respect to reuse treated water for processing and agriculture in compared with tap and ground-well water
