Abstract:
The cottage industrial Co-operative (CI Co-op) is an important economic component contributing to job creation, poverty alleviation and hunger eradication, improvement of socio-economic life, and preservation and development of traditional industries and cultures in rural and mountainous areas. In the trend of international economic integration with the important role of the 4.0 industrial revolution, improving the management level and promoting the application of scientific and technological innovation to production is an inevitable direction to ensure the improvement of competitiveness, change in quality to help goods of CI Co-ops overcome technical barriers to enter the world market [1]. This study assesses the current situation, the need for technological innovation, and the receptiveness of CI Co-ops as the basis for formulating, promulgating mechanisms, policies, solutions to support and encourage the promotion of technological innovation. The results show that: The technological status of industrial cooperatives is average and relatively uniform, the level of investment and equipment innovation is still low; the production machinery and equipment are mainly semi-automatic, multi-power, without automation equipment under the fixed program. The leadership level of CI Co-ops is low but the level of determination to invest in innovation and supplement equipment and technology is relatively high, the ability to accept technology is quite flexible and it does not much depend on the support of the state. The biggest impact on the ability of CI Co-ops to receive technology is the lack of capital and production facilities to ensure compliance with environmental regulations [2].

Author’s Details: Dr Allybocus Zubair 1 1MS Obstetrics and Gynecology, Republic of Mauritius
Abstract:
The skeletal dysplasia forms a large group of hereditary disorders characterized by abnormal growth and malformations of bone and cartilage. The clinical severity ranges from mildly affected short stature to lethal forms. Clinical examination, biochemical testing and imaging had been used for diagnosis for long. Emerging molecular investigation has provided a new platform to accurately diagnose skeletal dysplasia. Etiopathogenesis of skeletal dysplasia is better documented now, with rapid accumulation of knowledge concerning defective genes and proteins causing this group of disorders. Mutations responsible for skeletal dysplasia may cause defects in the synthesis of structural proteins and in metabolic pathways, degradation of macromolecules, growth factors and receptors and transcription factors. In this review, we briefly discussed skeletogenesis and pathogenesis of skeletal dysplasia

6) Diagnostic Approach to Skeletal Dysplasia
Author’s Details: Dr Allybocus Zubair 1 1MS Obstetrics and Gynecology, Republic of Mauritius
Abstract:
The Nosology and Classification of Genetic Skeletal Disorders (2015) is still based on an artificial grouping of more than 370 conditions and is built based on a combination of morphological, pathogenic/ molecular and/ or pure descriptive criteria. The classification has helped to minimize the spectrum of differential and molecular analysis provided accurate diagnosis(1). However before reaching molecular investigation, it is crucial to recognize the phenotype clinically and from there we go through the steps of diagnosis. Ostensibly, as an at- one-go diagnosis is almost impossible even for the skilled physician, a sequence of diagnostic steps is usually followed.

Abstract:
Sustainable development is an important goal of countries around the world. For Vietnam in general and the Mekong Delta in particular, in the period of innovation and international integration deepening, the foreign direct investment (FDI) sector has formed and developed strongly since 1986, Vietnam carried out the renovation and especially after Vietnam joined ASEAN in 1995. The Mekong Delta region has its own policy such as Resolution No.120/NQ-CP dated November 17, 2017 of the Government on sustainable development of the Mekong Delta to adapt to climate change. In particular, the Government encourages investment attraction in areas such as infrastructure development, combined with tourism development, prioritizes allocating resources for projects and works with regional linkage, serving the objectives, combine transportation, irrigation, smart use of water resources, limit adverse impacts due to climate change, water-related disasters. However, FDI results in the Mekong Delta are not comparable to other regions. There are many reasons that reduce FDI inflow to the Mekong Delta; it is necessary to research in order to provide reliable scientific arguments to help provinces/cities in this region to overcome and innovation. There may be breakthrough initiatives to attract FDI.

Author’s Details: Shukrije Baruti¹ Miranda Baruti-Sylejmani² ¹Lecturer at Kolegji “Heimerer” – Pristina ²Ss. Cyril and Methodius University – PhD Cand.
Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to understand the relationship between knowledge about stuttering and attitudes towards students who stutter by primary school teachers in Mitrovica. Sample of this research were lower grade teachers as well as lower middle class teachers in primary schools in Mitrovica. The instrument used for this research was a questionnaire which contained 36 questions, of which 5 of them were related to demographic data, as well as 31 statements on a Likert scale. The questionnaire was distributed electronically to teachers, where they had the opportunity to answer questions. The questionnaires were anonymous and teacher participation was voluntary. Data were analyzed with SPSS-21. The first hypothesis is confirmed by correlation analysis where it is understood that there is a significant positive correlation between knowledge and attitudes towards stuttering: r =, 925 **; p <0.01. The second hypothesis is not substantiated where we understand that there is no significant correlation between the level of education and knowledge and attitudes towards stuttering. The third hypothesis is confirmed by T-test analysis where we understand there is a significant difference between the averages of the groups in knowledge about stuttering. In this case female teachers have higher knowledge about stuttering.
