1) Commercial Policy’s Foreign Ownership Outcomes and Employment Creation Capacity of Multinational Corporations in Nigeria

Abstract:
This study examined commercial policy’s foreign ownership effects on employment creation capacity of multinational corporations in Nigeria considering whether foreign ownership (FO), has a significant effect on employment creation capacity (ECC) of multinational corporations. The study adopted cross sectional research design and considered 5 multinational corporations in the food and beverage and conglomerate sub-sector in Nigeria based on random sampling technique by employing primary data. The sample size constituted the lower, middle and senior level staff of the multinational Corporations at their headquarters and plants to achieve the objectives of this study based on the hypothesis that was formulated. Both descriptive and inferential statistical techniques were employed. The statistical tools used included cross tabulations, Mean, Regression and Correlation analysis with the aid of SPSS computer packages. The results showed that foreign ownership (FO) has significant effect on employment creation capacity (at P=0.003). In conclusion, the study reflected that each of the performance indicators under consideration related with commercial policy and employability implies the need for compliance by multinational corporations to be ensured as governmental follow up in areas of foreign ownership (FO) is pertinent to employment creation capacity (ECC). The study recommends that; government is encouraged to continue to play her regulatory, facilitating and participatory roles to foster an enabling operating environment as it will contribute towards firm competitiveness in the domestic and global marketplace

Abstract:

Abstract:
this article analyses the nexus between legislation and interest group inputs in shaping the course, content and the context of legislation in emerging democracies with particular emphasis on Nigeria. It is within the purview of the paper that legislation is usually a process undergoing input-output experimentations and political diagnosis. Utilizing secondary data, the article historicizes the contributory roles of interest groups in legislation in Nigeria. Since participatory democracy thrives on robust deliberations on public policies, the article pinpoints the potency as well as the importance of interest groups in a democracy. It avers that interest groups play a very important role in democracy as champions of groups and public interests.

4) Religion Wise Response to Polio Eradication Programme Imposed by Government on the Respondents: A Case Study of Aligarh District

Abstract: This research paper is made to examine the views of the people of modern India which is based on empirical research. The present research is based on a good deal of primary and secondary data   obtained  from   respondent’s demographic characteristic  i.e. age, sex, caste, education, family type income and occupation in relation to polio eradication programme (PEP) applied on them. The research data is   collected by preparing a schedule through stratified sampling method. An interview schedule was prepared and was applied to 600 respondents in which 300 belonged to urban areas and rest 300 respondents belonged to rural areas.  The area of the sample is District Aligarh of Uttar Pradesh state of India.

Abstract:
Present research was carried out in the three districts of Balochistan i.e. (Quetta, Noshki and Mastung) so as to determine the perceived factor of gender-based HRD practice in Balochistan province. One hundred (100) respondents as sample size was chosen for selected districts (Quetta=40, Noshki=30 and Mastung=30). The information was gathered through semi-structured questionnaire. Results shows that more than half (54%) of the respondents were illiterate and most (45%) of the respondents were dropped in the age group of 26-40. Gender directories has the key report with the term of HRD. The significant differences were observed three out of two item concerning the perceived factor of HRD. Based on the outcomes subsequent recommendation was proposed. Women empowerment should be continued process in development ladder in this regard, it is suggested to arrange the capacity building programs so as to increase the women working empowerment concerning the development process at province level

6) Study the Socio-Economic Spatial Regarding Livestock Development in Balochistan: Ways and Prospects

Abstract:
So as to determine demographic information about livestock management, the present study was designed. Seventy (70) respondents were selected by using by multi-stage sampling in the study areas. A descriptive sort of research designed used so that obtained the insight as awareness factors of the respondents at field level.  The results indicated that majority of the respondents perceived that they have facilities of metallic roads (64.00%) majority of the respondents (90%) were married, while Brahvi speaking were 27.14% of the total sample size. Majority of the respondents (31.42%) had families with up to 5 members, and 17.14 % of the respondents were responsible to manage families. Majority (47.18%) was educated up to primary school level, 14.36% could reach middle school, and 5.13% achieved matriculation. Majority (55.71%) of the respondents had income up to 5000 rupees that majority of the respondents (58.57 %) had started livestock farming more than 10 years ago, while 17.14 percent of the respondents had started livestock farming during last 10 years. Majority of the respondents (74.28%) lived in katcha earthen house. Majority of the respondents (80%) had pit latrine at their residential accommodation. Majority of the respondents (55.71%) used tube well water and water supply facility was not available at their home. Majority of the respondents (95.71%) perceived that the water they use is of good/drinkable quality and there was no problem with the water they use, so far the quality of water is concerned. 100 percent of the respondents were engaged with livestock farming. Based on achieved results following recommendation were suggested: Meat/Livestock production in the target districts has no system and mostly the rural people supply the meat animals, where the health of the animals is not up to the mark. The livestock department must take measures to impart training to the livestock owners for achieving higher weight gain within short time by using concentrate feed in case the fodder and pasture feeding is inadequate.

Abstract:
This research attempts to investigate the relationship between brand equity and consumer behaviors. In today’s competitive world, where the consumers are met with a wide range of products made in different countries, companies should further try to identify the items of customers’ trends towards products to encourage customers to pick and purchase the product. To accomplish these, a conceptual framework was designed, and relationships among its constructs (Brand equity and the consumer behavior including the purchase intention) is investigated. Correlational Questionnaires were distributed with the simple, convenient method from students of science and research Azad University with 385.  Data were analyzed based on LISREL The result indicates that there is a relationship between brand equity and purchase intention and brand preference
